WEDNESDAYS

-
Neil will follow the popular format of grouping together three or four hands from around the clubs, to illustrate what can go wrong at the table. Reminders about planning and play techniques will obviously be covered and we will now include aspects of bidding in this class. Handouts will be available most weeks.
LEARN THROUGH PLAY - Wednesday mornings 10 - 12 noon
-
This group is appropriate to all levels of play except beginners. Sit with players/friends of a similar level.
Deal and play with the opportunity to get advice on how to handle the myriad of problems that you are inevitably dealt. Occasionally the problem will be unique or require an educated guess. Often the solution will rely on a principle that you are probably aware of but haven’t recognised. A gentle prompt will get you there and should hopefully give you the confidence to trust in the techniques that successful bridge players use.
