In this section we will include items of interest ranging from histories of local bridge clubs to information about one of the giants of N.E. bridge,  Ewart Kempson.  I would like any trophy holders to e-mail the past winners of the trophy you hold.
I realise that this is a mammoth task but well worth doing.

Did you know that Niman and Israel were two doctors and a bridge partnership who gave their names to the NEBA teams competition? Any historical information about the Improvers of bridge in the North East of England would be welcome.
