Instead of asking for aces, as in traditional 'Blackwood', with RKCB you ask for key cards
which are the four aces plus the king of trumps.

Obviously the trump suit must have been agreed earlier inthe auction.
If there is no agreed trump suit, (e.g. 1
S - 2H - 3NT - 4NT ) then simple 'Blackwood responses are used.
When a trump suit is agreed  (e.g. 1
S - 2H  - 4NT  fixes hearts as trumps) 'RKCBlackwood responses are used.

RKCB  asking for key cards
4NT 5C 0 or 3 key cards 1 or 4
5D 1 or 4  0 or 3
5H 2 or 5 without queen of trumps 2 or 5  without queen of trumps
5S 2 or 5  with queen of trumps 2 or 5  with queen of trumps

After the reply to 4NT, 5 of the trump suit is a signoff.
If the reply is 5 or 5,the cheapest relay asks for the trump queen.
(Next suit says no. One suit higher says yes.)

Blackwood 5NT, asks for kings, but obviously do not include the trump king if you have already shown it.

Additionally (with partnership understanding)::

A 5NT response to 4NT can show  0 or 2 key cards with a working void

6 of any suit below the trump suit can show 1 or 3 key cards with void in the bid suit

6 of the agreed trump suit can show 1 or 3 key cards with a void in a higher ranking suit
