Chronicle
Cups
This pairs competition is
the NEBA's premier green pointed competition. Round one
is open to all and played in the clubs. Qualifiers will
play in one of three semi finals, followed by the green
pointed final for the Chronicles Cup or the consolation
final for the St Georges Shield.
Past winners.
Aggregate Pairs
Played over 20 boards this competition is a good,
very friendly, opportunity to experiment with your system.
Using freely dealt hands, the results are determined by
whether you 'get the points' rather than how good you
are.
Gazette Cups
If you
would like to earn over 1000 MPs in one competition this
is the competition for you. A qualifying round is played
in affiliated clubs and the final is in two sessions.
Those failing to make the cut will play for the Gazette
Shield. There is a carry over score for the final, but
not for the Shield.
Past winners.
